SYRACUSE, NY — The Onondaga County Public Library wants to assist patrons with the DTV transition in 2009. On February 17, 2009 free over-the-air broadcast television will change forever. Local broadcast stations will make the switch from analog stations to digital, making current analog television sets obsolete. Local public libraries are offering free programs outlining consumer options and opportunities. The following libraries will host DTV Transition Programs:
